Terms of Service

This summary outlines the commercial terms for MFGPilot. It is a template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel before publication.

Use of the service

MFGPilot grants a non-exclusive right to use the platform for your internal manufacturing operations during the subscription term.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity performed under your workspace accounts.

Paid plans are covered by a 99.9% uptime SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance.

Subscription fees are invoiced per the order form. Usage beyond the contracted scope may incur additional fees.

Each party protects the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own.

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after 30 days' written notice.
